What reminder emails will I get?

We email you the day before a closure starts and the day before it ends. Each email links back to the app so you can check everything. You can turn them off with one switch.

Change the email address or turn them off

1. Open the app and go to Settings.
2. Under Reminder emails, type an address in Send to. Leave it empty to use your store's contact email.
3. To stop reminders, switch off Email me the day before a closure starts and ends.
4. Click Save.

Good to know

• "The day before" uses your store's timezone.
• You get each reminder once, never twice.
• Weekly closures send reminders every week: one before each closure starts and one before it ends. Back-to-back days, such as Saturday and Sunday, count as one closure.
• Close store now starts straight away, so there's no start reminder. If you set a reopen date, you get a reminder the day before you reopen.
• A closure with no reopen date has no end reminder.
• If two closures overlap, reminders follow what your store actually does, not each closure on its own.
