How do I change how the banner looks?

Go to Appearance & languages. Choose a top bar or a popup, pick the colours and add an icon if you like. The same look is used for every closure.

Steps

1. Open the app and go to Appearance & languages.
2. Under Banner, choose Show as:
   • Top bar (stays visible while you're closed)
   • Popup (once per visit, shoppers can close it)
3. Set Background and Text colours.
4. Choose an Icon: No icon, Plane, Sun, Snowflake, Gift, Clock or Info.
5. Check the Preview on the right. Use Orders to switch between Keep selling and Block checkout.
6. Click Save.

Good to know

• Colours must be a hex code such as #1f2937.
• The product and cart notices use the same colours and icon.
• To change the wording, see Can I show the messages in other languages?
• To turn the banner off for one closure, untick Store banner or popup in the closure editor.
